本案性質為系統維護服務案，其目標在延續維護現有「國際空運資料庫」之運作，同時更新資料庫之即期內容。「國際空運資料庫」目前包含「機場設施與營運」以及「旅客起迄」兩方向之相關資料。本年度維護案基於以往資料庫更新與資料分析之成果，工作重點包括持續利用Airport Information 和Flightradar24資料檢索，更新目前資料庫中維護的200座機場基本資料與營運資料，以及建立以IATA MarketIS檢索資料為主的旅客起迄移動資料，同時維護更新檢索系統的功能與介面，以便於查詢分析重要機場的旅客起迄、中轉等移動資料。2020年旅客移動資料之檢索機場，包括桃園機場(TPE)及臺灣全境之機場、首爾仁川機場(ICN)、香港國際機場(HKG)、日本成田機場(NRT)、新加坡樟宜機場(SIN)、上海浦東機場(PVG)、洛杉磯國際機場(LAX)、紐約甘迺迪機場(JFK)等，合計檢索臺灣17個機場和其他外國7個機場，共24個機場，檢索內容包括機場之入、出境與中轉旅客資料。另因委託單位欲瞭解IATA CargoIS空運貨量資料的內容，以判定後續能否維護航空貨運需求資料，故試行檢索香港和桃園機場的內容進行初步探索。資料分析服務部分，包括亞洲、北美、歐洲、中東等地區主要機場的航班與運量變化；特定議題分析方面，則納入疫情期間亞洲主要航空公司機隊之應用，包含客機和貨機機隊，以及CargoIS資料可靠性與涵蓋性之分析。This project aims to maintain an existing database, the International Air Transport Database (IATD), and to update its contained data inside. The IATD consists of two major parts, which named Airport Facility and Operation (AFO) and Passenger Origin-Destination (POD). For conducting ongoing database maintenance, the focus of this year including updating basic and operating data of 200 airports of this database, and conducting on-going analysis of traveler movements of mojor airports based on IATA MarketIS database. In analysis of 2020 traveler movement, 17 airports in Taiwan and 7 international ports totally 24 airports were included. These international airports are Taipei (TPE), Seoul (ICN), Tokyo-Narita (NRT), Singapore (SIN), Hong Kong (HKG), Shanghai (PVG), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK). The contents of enquired data also include the movement of origin and destination (O-D) and transfer passengers. The airport analysis conducted the comparison among international airports in different areas, which covered Asia (SouthEast, NorthEast, Middle etc.), North America, European areas. In addition to travel movement and airport operation analysis, this project also commenced the analysis for specific topics. In this stage, two topics are reported, one is the operating status of major Asia airlines during the Covid 19 pandemic. The other one is to validation the CargoIS statistics data by comparing these data with Taiwan official statistics.
