筆者近兩年來，因執行教育部大學社會責任實踐計畫之故，對於任教學校所在的基隆地區有一定程度之熟悉，由於基隆為臺灣北部濱海城市，有為數不少的漁村，依筆者觀察，此地區的漁民呈顯出不畏艱險且開拓進取的精神、展現出樸素的海洋生態智慧與生態文化、承載著漁業地區的民間風尚與習俗等漁文化的特色，且有不少文學作品對這些漁文化特徵多有著墨，書寫極具特色，深感「漁文化書寫」可以成為海洋文學研究的新主題；且其中所具體而生動呈現的生活空間、歷史記憶、時代情境、社會脈動等漁文化內涵，可作為史學的印證或補充；所呈顯的文人與漁文化互動下的心境則可作為研究文人思想的新取徑。　　因此，擬以兩年為期，對基隆相關的文學作品進行數位與紙本的檢索，再予以揀選、判讀、分析、歸納，從漁具漁法、漁獲種類交易與加工、漁民生活、漁民信仰、漁風漁俗與制度、漁業休閒與食魚文化等面向深入探討其書寫特徵與文化意涵，盼能見出文學中基隆漁文化書寫之特殊性。本計畫研究成果，除了上述詩學、史學、思想的學術價值外，還能作為基隆旅遊開發的新內容，創意設計產業的文化內容，以創造基隆地域的新價值，而具有經濟上的實用價值。 In recent two years, because of executing the plan of USR, we are getting familiar in the nature and humanities of Keelung. In addition, we are aware that “Fishing Culture” can become the new theme of oceanic writing in Literature since there were many works written about Fishing Culture of Keelung. These vivid descriptions about living space, historical memories, time situation, and social pulsation in Literature can be regarded as the confirmation and supplement of historiography. Moreover, this is a new way to understand the authors’ thoughts and feelings from the interactions predicting between authors and Fishing Culture. Therefore, we intend to spend two years to execute this plan and pick up the representative works about “Fishing Culture” in Literature from the digital database and paper information. We not only analyze the features in contents and techniques of arts about works of “Fishing Culture” but also deep detect the features from the aspects of Fishing Gear and Fishery, Catch Transaction and Processing, Fisherman Life, Fisherman Belief, Fishing Customs and Systems, Fishing Leisure and Fish Culture about Keelung's writing. We hope to explore the writing features in Fishing Culture in Literature. In addition, our research result can be regarded as the new content of tourism development as well as the cultural content of creative design to create new local value of industries in Keelung.
