Description

Abstract
超合金材料廣泛應用於航太產業等需要耐高溫的嚴苛環境中,適當的熱阻障系統可以提升渦輪引擎效率與延長材料使用壽命。本計畫應用多靶槍共濺鍍技術進行金屬玻璃合金鍵結層之開發,搭配適當的大氣電漿噴流陶瓷氧化物頂層以應用於熱阻障系統。
