Description

Abstract
台灣天然資源匱乏,95%的能源需求仰賴進口。黑潮流經台灣東岸、具開發潛能,綠島為政府與學界認定之黑潮發電測試廠廠址。先前已研究綠島海域之波流場,本研究將發展多層非靜水壓淺水模式、探討垂直波流場對發電機組之維運與安全、以及底床輸沙之影響;另將探討開爾文波對船舶設計、船隻航行安全與節省燃料之影響。
