Description

Abstract
因此本計畫主要是針對健身器材之阻力源來進行研究,提出一個較合宜的主動式阻力源,並在上面安裝感測裝置,可以合理判斷使用者可能正超出身體負荷的操作器材,或不當使用建身器材。接著系統會啟動保護裝置,確保使用者安全無虞,能有效避免意外的發生,在運動安全上有相當的幫助。同時,此一具備主動式阻力源之健身器材,將能取代傳統以重量塊來當成阻力源之健身裝置,成為新一代健身器材。
