Abstract
本研究將調和組織引入Zn4Sb3熱電材料來同步提升熱電性能與機械性質,研究成果可望適用於所有熱電材料,此種研究至今無人進行,於學術上亦具創新性,而使用之高能量球磨機及火花電漿燒結設備皆是成熟的技術,所得結果日後極易技轉至相關業界進行熱電模組之製造組裝,具產業應用價值外,同時更符合節能減碳與降低暖化的普世目標.
