Description

Abstract
台灣老年性聽障人口約有 50 萬人,現行助聽器的由於外觀滿意度、效果認可度、聽障 者心理障礙及高昂價格等因素使得配戴率過低;本計畫擬開發以市售之藍芽耳機搭配智 慧型手機組合而成的藍芽耳機助聽器,並改造智慧型手機成為銀髮族的重要輔具,除了 個人化的助聽設備外,同時可收聽電視聲音及接聽電話,即使手機遺失,也能由雲端下 載個人化設定,恢復原有功能。 上一年度所執行的計畫 「通用型藍芽耳機助聽器之開發與設計」,已如期完成藍芽 耳機助聽器之開發與設計兩階段,本年度將完成藍芽耳機助聽器之調校、驗證與試用三 階段。藉由專業助聽器調校師與儀器的協助,針對不同規格智慧型手機及藍牙耳機進行 軟體調校及驗證,以解決不同廠商所生產設備間之差異,使其符合醫療輔具標準。此外, 基隆長庚耳鼻喉科醫師及台大醫學院講師也將協助媒介中輕度聽障患者試用本計畫所 開發之藍芽耳機助聽器,同時讓患者對人機介面進行直覺式的操作,其回饋意見將作為 技術修正的依據。 此外,本計畫擬結合助聽器廠商所使用的管理軟體部分功能,將客戶資訊存於資料 庫中,記錄每次助聽器調整後的設定值,同時提供調整助聽器參數的參考指標。當資料 量足夠時,便能進行聽力圖與補償策略之間關聯性分析,使用者可以依照所輸入的聽力 圖取得建議的補償增益數值後再進行微調,可增加使用者在驗配時的滿意度及效率。 There are approximately 500,000 elderly people with hearing disabilities in Taiwan. Due to satisfaction with external appearance, approval of effectiveness, psychological obstacles of people with hearing disability, and high prices, the rate of wearing existing hearing aids is very low. In recent years, smartphones have almost completely replaced traditional mobile phones. Smartphones not only have powerful computation functions, and applications can directly be developed on smartphones. This study attempts to develop Bluetooth headphone hearing aids from Bluetooth headphones on the market matched with smartphones, and remake smartphones into important assistive tools for the elderly. Other than a personalized hearing aid device, it can also be used to listen to the television and take calls. Even if the phone is lost, it is possible to download personalized settings from the cloud to restore original functions. The project of the last year had completed the development and design stages of bluetooth headset with hearing aids on schedule. The project of this year will complete its adjustment, validation and trial use stages. With the help of professional hearing aid adjusters and instruments, the software of intelligent mobile phones and Bluetooth headset of different specifications is adjusted and validated, in order to solve the differences among devices produced by different manufacturers, and allow them to comply with the standard of assistive medical devices. In addition, physicians in the Department of Otolaryngology of Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and instructors in National Taiwan University College of Medicine will assist the patients with mild and medium hearing impairment in trial use of the Bluetooth headset with hearing aids developed in this plan, while allowing the patients to intuitively operate the man-machine interface. Their feedback opinion will provide the basis for technical correction
