Description

Abstract
隨著科技日新月異許多產業都逐漸轉型,伴隨著工業4.0的革命,企業不單單以減少人力成本及研發新穎製造技術為目標,而是必須整合現有的製造資源、銷售流程、大數據,建立能夠快速反應市場需求、精準生產、減少成本浪費、跨領域合作的製造產業,「智慧製造」就此誕生。 傳統製鞋大多以手工進行製造,過程中需經打樣、攀鞋、上膠、烘乾等,皆須師傅長年累月的經驗斷定該作業過程是否完善,如此繁瑣的過程既耗時耗成本又無法符合快速大量之需求,故製造商逐漸採取自動化生產方式,以機械代替勞力,達成減少勞力成本又能大量製造目標,但隨著現代人追求新穎且獨特的產品需求,該製造方式則須轉型才能於現今市場生存,這為製造業帶來一項困難的挑戰。 本計畫將與鞋業製造商進行產學合作,並以「智慧製造」為主要目標,製鞋過程繁瑣,雖大多已採取自動化生產,仍須有人力在旁進行監督,深怕環節有所出錯造成大量損失,智慧製造過程為利用物聯網、數位化工廠、雲端服務等技術,創造虛實整合的製造產業,徹底改變以往的製造思維,並運用感測器連結,做到機械與人類能進行互動,將傳統生產方式轉為高度客製化、智慧化、服務化的商業模式,以因應快速變化的市場,提升製造產業於市場競爭力。 With the development of technology, many industries are gradually transforming. With the revolution of Industry 4.0, enterprises not only to reduce labor costs and develop novel manufacturing technologies, but also integrate existing manufacturing resources, sales processes, and big data. The establishment of a manufacturing industry that can quickly respond to market needs, precision production, reduce cost waste, and cross-field cooperation, "Smart Manufacturing" was born. Traditional shoemaking is mostly made by hand. In the process of shoemaking, sampling, sewing, gluing, drying, etc. It is necessary for the experience master to determine whether the operation process is complete. Such a complicated process is time-consuming and costly, can't meet fast and large demand. Due to the rapid and large demand, manufacturers gradually adopt automated production to replace labor with machinery to achieve the goal of reducing labor costs and mass production. However, as modern people pursue new and unique product requirements, this manufacturing method requires transformation to survive in the current market. This is the manufacturing industry meets a difficult challenge. This project will collaborate with shoe manufacturers on industry-academia cooperation, with "smart manufacturing" as the main goal. The shoe-making process is cumbersome. Although most of them have adopted automated production, they still need to be supervised by manpower, to reduce the possibility of errors and cause a lot of losses. The smart manufacturing process is to use the Internet of Things, digital factory and cloud services to create a virtual and real integrated manufacturing industry, completely change the thinking of the past. Use sensors to connect so that machines and humans can interact, transforming traditional production methods into highly customized, intelligent, and service-oriented business models in order to respond to rapidly changing markets and enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in the market.
