Description

Abstract
本研究將基礎統計分析理論應用於貨櫃化穀物海運所產生的食品及飼料供應鏈衛生安全辨別上,擬 藉由實地田野調查及問卷調查,蒐集影響貨櫃化運輸穀類的食品安全之可能客觀自變數資料進行蒐 集,最後經由商品檢驗機關的實際是否准許某一個貨櫃化穀類進口貨者將其退運回國外的決策為應 變數數據,建立一區別分析函數,並藉由區別分析函數中各個自變數的係數來了解各個影響穀類衛 生安全的權重,最後聯合食品科學系及衛生安全學系的老師共同來籌畫建議設立一套適合用於我國 貨櫃化進口穀類安全衛生控管的供應鏈管理機制。This research employs a basic multivariate analysis technique, the discriminant analysis, to study the relationship between the imported containerized grain cargo condition (Safe or Not Safe in terms of food sanitary quality) and multiple independent variables (e.g. relative humidity of cargo when the grain cargo is shipped from its origin, the ship’s steaming time of the containerized cargo over the ocean, condition of the containers, …).A discriminant function will be found after a questionnaire survey and several field visits to the grain silo in the Taichung port and in the Kaohsiung port. The independent variables with higher coefficients in the discriminant function is to be perceived to be the critical factors influencing the sanitary quality condition of these imported containerized grain cargo. With the help from two academicians from the Food Science Department in the National Taiwan Ocean University and from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health in the Chang Jung Christian University, we intends to propose a HACCP(Hazard analysis and critical control points) application on the imported grain cargo supply chain in the second stage of this reserch.
