Description

Abstract
"本研究應用「人工智慧系統模型」與「智慧防災技術輔助海岸坡地社區韌性與全災型調適策略」,進行不同氣候條件下本島以及離島之坡地災害風險示範區域地下水位之預測,探討地下水位時空分布與坡地災害風險多維度因子評估模式,預計產出極端氣候情境下之坡地災害風險時間與空間分布圖,可以瞭解坡地災害時空分布的風險熱區,結合智慧防災技術平台,擬定坡地災害管理對策,並結合各子計畫成果進行社區民眾與專業防災人員工作坊、規劃模擬坡地災害情境、坡地災害風險等,強化海岸坡地社區韌性與全災型調適策略。研究成果將可供相關政府權責機關並轉移給各目的事業主管機關,如行政院營建署、農委會水保局、各縣市政府等之災害管理策略之參考。"
