Abstract
"智慧影像感測技術不斷推陳出新,光感測器的開發是至關重要的,本計畫預期將開發高效能寬頻域的有機光感測電晶體,透過使用各式感光材料、有機材料、導電高分子等,對元件之絕緣層、有機半導體層、金屬層進行結構設計與製作。了解測試元件在不同波長光照射下的光電特性以及建立通道載子傳輸機制。此類型元件未來將有潛力做為影像辨識或仿生視力的應用,使我國科技產業在全球的研發競爭中取得領先優勢,對我國的經濟發展做出貢獻。"
