Description

Abstract
現今社會生活型態與醫療技術趨於成熟,民眾疾病型態漸由「急性」病轉為「慢性」病,因此醫 療照護之需求則逐漸被重視。但往往忙碌的上班族,因工作關係無法長時間居家照護長者與慢性病 患。有鑒於此,各類醫療資訊服務平台逐漸被發展出,輔助醫護人員、家人與醫師進行全方位置醫療 照護,進而改善傳統醫學資訊系統之不足。本計劃針對獨居長者、醫院與安養院等情境提出一以 Medicine 2.0 為基礎之整合式多型感測網路照護服務平台(A Medicine2.0-based Integrated Multi-sensOrs Service-plAtform for patient-care services, MIMOSA),結合各式不同型態之感測器進行病患之監護,取 代24 小時人工照護。MIMOSA 為一三層式架構(3-tier),包括行動式使用者端(Mobile Users)、Medicine 2.0 應用伺服器(Medicine 2.0 Application Server, MAS)與主動式通報資料庫(Active Announce Database, AAD)三部分。透過所佈建之身理訊號感測器(EKG)、智慧型手機上之三軸加速感測器與佈置型環境感 測器,行動式使用者只要透過手持式設備即可獲得感測器所偵測出之訊號,得知病患身理資訊與行為 狀態。此外,Medicine 2.0 應用伺服器將提供Web2.0 部落格服務、應用層些播服務(Application Layer Somecast , ALS)、代理人(Multi-agents)與Web2.0 品質服務(Quality of Service)等服務。當病患身理訊號 不正常或進入危險區域時,MIMOSA 將透過所設計之應用層些播協定(Application Layer Somecast)主動 將緊急訊息傳遞給相關監護者,病患即可獲得有效之協助。位於後端之主動式通報資料庫(Active Announce Database, AAD)利用HL7 協定儲存與傳輸病患資訊。 本計畫之目標將規劃與設計 (1) 具備即時監護功能之行動式使用者端,(2) 具整合與監控多型感 測網路環境與應用層些播服務之Medicine 2.0 應用伺服器以及(3) 具多型觸發器(Multi-triggers)功能之 主動通報資料庫。 With the rapid progresses of Information Techniques (ITs), many different types of medical informatics are developed for specific medicine, especially for chronic disease patients. It is an important issue for designing and developing a service platform which integrates different types of sensors and provides caring services of patients. Hence, this project designs and develops a Medicine2.0-based Integrated Multi-sensOrs Service-plAtform for patient-care services (MIMOSA), which is composed of Mobile Users (MUs), the Medicine 2.0 Application Server (MAS) and the Active Announce Database (AAD). A mobile user can use a handheld device to care the statuses of patients via EKG sensors, tri-axis accelerometer sensors and environment sensors. The Medicine 2.0 Application Server provides Web2.0-based services which are included Web2.0 Blog services, Application Layer Somecast (ALS), multi-agents, and a web2.0 Quality of Service (QoS). The proposed Application Layered Somecast (ALS) will be triggered when a patient has abnormal physiological information or enters dangerous areas. ALS will issue warning messages to caregivers. The Active Announce Database is based on HL7 standards and is designed to store information of patients. The objects of the project are to design and develop (1) Mobile Users are with realtime situation-care services, (2) the Medicine 2.0 Application Server is with Web2.0 techniques to handle multi-sensors and to issue ALS messages, and (3) the Active Announce Database is with multi-triggers and provisions of related information.
