Description

Abstract
行動式匯流與生活資訊化普及,人們只需使用智慧型手機即可享受便利的資訊生活環境,使用者可輕易透過手機將居家生活與環境資訊化整合,並獲得所需服務。但往往較為年長的長輩因不會操作手機,造成無法利用高科技產品獲得所需資訊,如何將資訊服務主動調適給使用者,省去繁複的操作步驟,儼然已成為重要研究議題之一。有鑑於此,本計畫將利用開放式閘道器與體態感測建構一具數位匯流經驗品質之互動式居家事件情境與衝突調適平台(Digital-convergence Quality-of-experience Digital iHome Caregiving Service Platform with Adaptive Event Construction and Conflict Resolution, DoDICE),建構出適切且高互動之居家生活環境。DoDICE為三層式架構,包括行動式使用者(Mobile Users)、家庭代理人應用伺服器(Home Agent Application Server)與雲端匯流伺服器(Cloud-based Data Convergence Server)。行動式使用者可透過手機或體感 (Kinect)設備,透過經驗品質 (Quality of Experience, QoE)建構起推論法則(Rules)與事件(Events),再利用應用層任播服務(Anycast)進行資訊匯流服務主動推播與拉播(Push and Pull)相關資訊給使用者,自動獲取所需資訊與服務。於居家環境中所建 構之家用開放式互動應用伺服器(Home Agent Application Server)整合感測網路、個人網路、家電設備、互動電視(iDTV)與多媒體資訊進行互動與調適。推論引擎中建構具調適性之經驗品質(Adaptive Quality of Experience)模式,用以滿足不同使用者之情境、特性與需求。此外,本研究提出情境衝突平衡機制(Conflicted Situation Balance Mechanism, CUBE)利用本體論 (Onotology)、背包定理 (Knapsack Algorithm)、與案例式推理(Case-based Reasoning, CBR)再輔以誤差檢查機制解決事件衝突排解與調適(Event Conflict Resolution),有效達到多人於一室之情境平衡。最後依 CUBE推論機制結果啟用 Google雲端應用引擎(Google App Engine, GAE)與遠端程序呼叫(Remote Procedure Calls, RPC)進行雲端匯流伺服器(Cloud-based Data Convergence Server)之數位匯流整流與引流服務,提供豐富資訊給使用者。DoDICE將作為一互動式窗口整合虛擬網路世界與真實環境,進而打造更為舒適之居家生活環境。有鑑於此,本計畫之目標將規劃與設計 (1) 具體感與環境互動感知之行動式使用者端,(2) 具衝突調適之家用開放式互動應用伺服器以及(3) 具經驗品質感知與整合社群環境之開放式雲端匯流伺服器。 With the rapid progress of information techniques and the popularity of mobile devices, people should have a relatively convenient environment and life. Users can easily use a smartphone to get realtime information and services. However, most elders can not effectively well-handled mobile devices and home appliances. Hence, this project designs and proposes a Digital-convergence Quality-of-Experience Digital iHome Caregiving Service Platform with Adaptive Event Construction and Conflict Resolution, which is called DoDICE, for elders a convenient and comfortable environment. DoDICE is a three-tier architecture, which is composed of Mobile Users, Home Agent Application Servers and a Cloud-based Data Convergence Server. A mobile user can use a smartphone or kinect sensors to interact with iDTV and home appliances at home and to get information from Cloud-based Data Convergence Server via Quailty of Experience (QoE) strategies. The Home Agent Application server is responsible for (1) collecting raw data from Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) and Body Sensor Networks (BSNs), (2) integrating networks, home appliances, iDTV and services, and (3) constructing situations and events via an inference engine and intelligent agents. Furthermore, this study designs and proposes a Conflicted Situation Balance Mechanism (CUBE) to handle and manipulate situation conflictions among mobile users in the same space. CUBE is composed of Ontology, Case-based Reasoning, and Knapsack Algorithm. CUBE can efficiently trigger the Google App Engine (GAE) and Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) from Cloud-based Data Convergence server to Mobile users. Finally, the proposed DoDICE can be a reference model for researchers and engineers.
