Description

Abstract
近年來,透過微針給藥的經皮傳輸系統為皮膚癌的治療注入新的曙光。本計畫運用天然高分子石蓴多醣的物化及機械特性製備微針,結合薑黃素的抗癌活性和及輻射增敏效果,製備具有靶向特性的薑黃素傳輸載體,透過經皮遞送系統來治療皮膚鱗狀細胞癌,期望減少化療藥物及放射劑量的使用,提高皮膚癌的治療成效,有效地將天然資源做最佳的利用並提供皮膚癌治療的策略,達到新穎生物醫學材料開發、增進全民健康、發展海洋經濟及維護海洋環境等多重目的。
