Description

Abstract
本計畫之目的為利用藻類多醣高分子加入聚吡咯導電高分子以及幾丁聚醣,再添加聚氮異丙基丙烯醯胺共聚物而製備出具有環境敏感性之機能複合敷材,此敷材將具有良好的水氣滲透性、機械性質、生物相容性、環境敏感性、抗菌性、光熱治療效果與促進傷口癒合能力。台灣四面環海,海洋資源十分豐富,具有許多生物材料,這些生物材料在醫藥、食品、化工、生醫材料和化妝品等領域具有廣闊的開發應用前景,因此以廉價藻類多醣以及蝦蟹殼萃取物為基材可生產出具有重要價值的產品。此計畫利用台灣豐富的海洋資源開發出的創傷敷材將對研究創新與敷材產業有所貢獻。
