Description

Abstract
前全世界約有3億人罹患氣喘,台灣隨著全球工業化及三大火力發電廠興建緣故,PM2.5空汙逐年加劇,氣喘的病人也逐年增加。近年來,氣喘藥物具有副作用,因此開發有效預防氣喘與PM2.5的保健品或藥物是迫切議題。本計畫在探討裙帶菜萃取物對於氣喘及PM2.5造成之呼吸道發炎及過敏相關症狀是否具保護效果,及其萃取物是否藉由調節免疫路徑,達到降低小鼠上呼吸道組織中ROS、發炎及其Th1/Th2細胞失衡的過敏反應,以作為預防氣喘及PM2.5保健食品及藥物開發之應用。故計劃具有必要性、學術價值及產業發展性。
