Description

Abstract
環境中PM2.5對公眾健康造成的影響已經成為全球人們關注的焦點。PM2.5會引起心肺功能的損傷和疾病,PM2.5也增加肺癌的發生率。海藻硫酸多醣已知具有抗病毒、抗發炎、抗腫瘤、抗血栓、提高免疫力等保健功效。因此本計畫希望發展出有效的江氏龍鬚菜硫酸多醣產品,以作為改善PM2.5誘導肺炎及肺癌保健食品之應用。
