Abstract
1. 社會層面: 本計畫著重於虱目魚骨加工副/共產物的開發與應用,並幫助養殖業者及加工業者解決副/共產物問題,以期開發高經濟價值產品。 2. 經濟層面: 以此技術開發高附加價值之調節血糖保健營養素材,提升保健食品產業的產品價值。 3. 學術層面: 臺灣養殖虱目魚骨具抑制DPP-IV活性胜肽,在國內外鮮少有學者研究其細胞和動物實驗層面,因此在應用及學術上有極高研究價值。
