Abstract
開發第一支具降低粥狀動脈硬化風險之藻類發酵機能性成分,以降低粥狀動脈硬化對健康之威脅,同時建立完整海藻發酵物之製程、品管 (活性成分確立) 及功能評估,以達技術產業化之目標。
