Description

Abstract
為探討使用混凝土於核燃料乾式貯存護箱之可行性,以及高密度混凝土與一般傳統 混凝土應用於核燃料乾式貯存護箱之差異性。本計劃將於合理施工性及3000~5000 psi 抗壓強度條件下,拌製不同密度的高密度混凝土(約3500 kg/m3)及一般傳統混凝土 (約2350 kg/m3),提供核燃料乾式貯存護箱使用。因核燃料乾式貯存護箱使用之混凝 土材料需長期處於約95℃之溫度環境下,本計劃混凝土試體於水中養護28 天以後,分 別貯存於室溫及95℃之溫度環境下,至各貯存時間(30 天、90 天、180 天、360 天、及 540 天)再進行各項實驗。實驗將分為力學性質及耐久性兩大類。混凝土力學性質之實 驗含抗壓強度、劈裂強度、彈性模數、鋼筋握裹強度等項目。混凝土耐久性之實驗含 鹽水浸泡試驗(Ponding test;AASHTO T259)、加速氯離子傳輸試驗(Accelerated chloride migration test; ACMT) 、及壓汞試驗(MIP)。探討高密度混凝土及一般傳統混凝土長期 處於約95℃之溫度環境下力學性質及耐久性之變化,以便使用於核燃料乾式貯存護箱。In order to study the feasibility of normal weight concrete and high density concrete used for the application of dry storage cask of nuclear spent fuel. The normal weight concrete (about 2350 kg/m3) and the different densities high density concretes (about 3500 kg/m3) will be made. The concrete mixes need to meet the required workability and the design strength between 3000 psi and 5000 psi. Since the service temperature of concrete for dry storage cask of nuclear spent fuel is about 95℃, the specimens will cured in water (23 ℃) for 28 days, and then store in air and the 95℃ temperature conditions until the time of testing. After store in air and in an oven at T 95℃ for 30, 90, 180, 360, and 540 days, compressive strength, splitting strength, elastic modulus, and pull out strength will obtained to investigate the effect of temperature (T 95℃) and the store time on the mechanical properties of concrete. The ponding test (AASHTO T259) and the ACMT (Accelerated chloride migration test) methods will be used to investigate the concrete durability. The MIP (Mercury intrusion porosimetry) method will be used to investigate the influence of the T 95℃ effect on the pore structure of normal weight concrete and high density concrete.
