Abstract
快速氯離子滲透試驗(RCPT)經常使用於一般混凝土耐久性之評估。許多研究者對含 礦物摻料之混凝土,於使用 RCPT 評估混凝土耐久性時,對此試驗方法提出質疑。本 研究主要探討 RCPT 使用於飛灰混凝土時之適用性,並提出適宜之試驗方法。RCPT 利用 60V 電壓加速氯離子於混凝土中的傳輸,由其電流計算電量,再以電量評估混凝 土之耐久性。而加速氯離子傳輸試驗(Accelerated chloride migration test; ACMT)亦利 用電壓加速氯離子於混凝土中的傳輸,但藉由氯離子實際於混凝土中的傳輸時間及穿 透量,計算其傳輸係數,以傳輸係數評估混凝土之耐久性。本計畫擬利用 ACMT 模擬 RCPT,使用一般混凝土及不同飛灰取代水泥量之飛灰混凝土,同時進行 ACMT 及 RCPT,求得實驗前 6h 之電量,並求得穩態及非穩態傳輸係數。以穩態及非穩態傳輸 係數,評估飛灰混凝土之耐久性,並探討飛灰混凝土使用 RCPT 評估耐久性之準確性, 改善 RCPT 評估飛灰混凝土耐久性之方式。 The RCPT (Rapid Chloride Ion Permeability Test) is a common method for assessment the durability of ordinary concrete. Many researchers point out that the RCPT procedure appears invalid for use with concretes containin g mineral additives such as silica fume, fly ash and slag. In order to study the suitability of RCPT for fly ash concrete, and propose a suitable experiment method. In RCPT, The electric field of 24V is used. Current is measured and recorded, and the total charge passed through the specimen is computed by Simpson integration with current and time. The standards specify the rating of chloride permeability of concrete based on the charge passing through the specimen during a 6h testing period. The accelerated chloride migration test (ACMT) is a modified version of the RCPT. It is developed to measure the instantaneous current and the accumulative chloride ions passing through the test specimen. Charge passed is calculated by integrating the current-time curve and the chloride migration coefficient for concrete is calculated using the constant flux on the basis of the Nernst-Planck equation. Ordinary concrete and fly ash concrete are used in the experimental program. For fly ash concrete, cement is replaced by fly ash (F0=0%, F1=10%, F2=20%, F3=30%, F4=40%, F5=50%). The charge passed from RCPT and ACMT, the non-steady-state migration coefficient and the steady-state migration coefficient from ACMT are separately defined and derived. The non-steady-state migration coefficient and the steady-state migration coefficient are used to assess the concrete durability, and used to evaluate the accuracy of concrete durability by using RCPT.
