Description

Abstract
此計畫之主要目標是評估及比較不同來源之海藻多醣、寡醣及藻渣調節先天性免疫與腸道菌叢及抑制病毒感染作用、釐清這些作用之相關性,相關結果可以數篇論文發表於國際期刊。預期可藉由這些科學驗證基礎,開發出以腸道菌株發酵之海藻產物,做為具有調節免疫、改善病毒感染及腸道菌叢失衡之保健食品或動物用飼料添加劑之原料。海藻配方配方及海藻發酵產物之製程及生理活性皆具專利申請及技術轉移之潛力。預計至少會有2位大學部、1位碩士班及1位博士班學生一同參與此計畫之進行。他們將會受到細胞及動物實驗、微生物學、生理學、病理學及分子免疫學等訓練,內容包括實驗技術、文獻搜索、邏輯思考、數據整理、論文撰寫等。
