Description

Abstract
此計畫之主要目標是製備及篩選具抗菌活性之含藻類多醣與植物精油奈米分散配方並優化及放大其製程。其重要性及未來發展如下:1. 製備並篩選出具抗痤瘡丙酸桿菌及白色念珠菌之含植物精油及藻類多醣奈米分散配方;釐清奈米分散配方之物化性質、儲存安定性及細胞毒性,以利後續商品化之可能性。2. 以小鼠動物模式評估奈米分散配方減緩痤瘡丙酸桿菌誘導皮膚炎、念珠菌感染陰道炎之作用及機轉,以提供臨床前試驗之參考。3. 以50 L發酵槽及超高壓均質機建立試量產條件及相關技術文件,以備專利申請及技術轉移所需。以上目標預期可開發出改善微生物感染之新型態天然素材產品。未來可進一步評估此配方對於臨床上抗藥性菌株之作用。
