Description

Abstract
台灣已邁入高齡化社會,神經退化疾病(帕金森氏症)和議題備受矚目。本計畫利用細胞和動物模式,探討海藻多酚物質-間苯三酚(phloroglucinol)的神經保護和微菌叢-腸道-腦軸線相關的機轉。若證實這些保護機制,不僅發表文獻提升學術價值,盼望能作為臨床輔佐治療策略來降低藥物劑量和副作用;或是提供民眾保健功能訴求,作為預防醫學策略。
