Description

Abstract
由於數位技術發展迅速,許多出版商將其產品產品由平面出版轉成數位化產品,以方便 學生、教師或研究學者取用,其中最引人注目的便是數位教學檔案(含數位教學影像與影 片)的發展。該項產品的發展,需要大量人力以及物力的投資,並由請專家學者設計適合 教學的內容,如此才能讓使用者淺顯易懂。但新世代的發展下,許多出版業者的產品已 變得不再安全了,以圖書產品的書附光碟為例,有許多同業或是學習者,會將書附內容 納為己用,甚至以個人之名義發表相關作品,這對著作權的發展是一項相當負面的影響, 更是危及出版社所擁有的權利。除此之外,在新形態學習模式的發展下,許多人已漸漸 習慣數位學習的方式,從而分享給同儕,因此出版社所發展的數位教學檔案,將更易於 散佈。本研究將針對數位教學檔案,利用BTC 壓縮的技術,將數位浮水印嵌入BTC 的 壓縮碼中。因為BTC 的計算負擔較小,且影像品質相當不錯,因此數位教學檔案以BTC 壓縮將是一個不錯的選擇。本研究所提出相關的保護機制,不僅可以宣告數位教學檔案 的版權,也因為利用密秘通訊的技術,使用者在觀看數位教學檔案的同時,並不會看到 教學檔案上相關的版權宣告,對於視覺上會更加的舒適。而未來如果發生版權之爭議時, 只需要利用取出的演算法取出機密資訊即可驗證該版權之歸屬。 The insatiate demands for applications of imagery on the digital publishing have further emphasized the importance of data embedding research. Publishers have their products digitalized in order to let the students, teachers and researchers assess them conveniently. However, since digitalized media are easily to be tamped or duplicated, authentication of digital media have become an important task for publishers. Today, many publishers have try their effort to prevent their digital products from being pirated. Traditionally, digital products are protected by visible watermarks. Although these visible watermarks declare the ownership of the corresponding digital media, they reveal a visible trademark, which is not expected to be seen for most of the users. In this project, we will design an invisible digital watermark for BTC coded image. The order of the two quantization levels in the BTC codes are considered so that data bits can be inserted into BTC codes. Since the computational cost of BTC is relatively low with a satisfactory image quality, the proposed method is expected applicable to digital pictures as well as video teaching used in digital publishing. Once the digital media are illegally used, the embedded watermark of that digital media can be extracted to identify the ownership.
