Description

Abstract
濱海地區鋼筋混凝土結構物的耐久性,主要受到環境的氯鹽及混凝土品質兩個因素所影響。本研究團隊與台大土木和營建院協助公路總局,進行多年混凝土現地曝曬試驗及大氣中氯鹽量之調查,目前現地曝曬試驗混凝土之曝曬期達9年,氯鹽量調查方面已充份掌握全省之氯鹽量分布。因現地曝曬試驗需要更長之曝曬期,本計劃將進行噴霧鹽霧試驗,並配合曝曬試驗中飛來鹽與現地暴露試驗混凝土內之氯離子分布量,以補足現地曝曬試驗之混凝土,尚未達到穩定表面氯離子含量及穩定時間之資料。混凝土品質方面,以貯鹽浸漬試驗求得之氯離子擴散係數,探討一般、飛灰及爐石混凝土,隨齡期而減小之擴散係數衰減值。最後將環境氯鹽及混凝土品質,兩個影響混凝土結構物耐久性的主要因素,應用於Fick’s Law的擴散方程式,評估臨海地區的鋼筋混凝土耐久性及預測其服務年限。並將曝曬期約12年之混凝土試體鑽心取樣,分析其氯離子含量分佈曲線。以考慮環境氯鹽影響因子及混凝土品質之氯離子分佈曲線與現地暴露混凝土內之氯離子分布量加以比較,探討本計畫預測值之準確性。 Durability of reinforced concrete structures of the coastal region is mainly affected by the quantity of chloride in environment and the quality of concrete. The research team, department of civil Engineering NTU, Taiwan construction research institute and Directorate general of highways cooperate to accomplished the field concrete exposure test and the air-borne salt distribution measured in every typical coastal area of Taiwan. Currently the exposure time of field concrete specimens is up to 9 years, and the air-borne salt distribution in Taiwan is finished. Since the field concrete exposure test is a long term test for many decades, this research will use salt spray test to complement the unsterilized surface chloride of the field exposure concrete. In this research, the results of salt spray test, the field concrete exposure test and the air-borne salt distribution are used to find the history of concrete surface chloride. For the quality of concrete, the ponding test is used to obtain the diffusion coefficient of chloride. The degree of the diffusivity reduces with time for plain Portland cement concrete, fly ash concrete, and slag concrete that are considered in this research. Finally, the quantity of chloride in environment and the quality of concrete will used in Fick's Law of diffusion equation to assess the durability of reinforced concrete of coastal areas and predict its service life. The chloride profile of the field exposure concrete will compare with the predicted chloride profile to assess the accuracy of the predicted result.
