目前爐灰已普遍使用於預拌混凝土，基於混凝土成本、新拌性質與強度等因素，爐石與飛灰之比例通常為7:3、6:4或5:5。本研究前期於界面過渡區之基礎研究，當爐灰取代量(40~50 %)與爐石飛灰比(1：4)時，圓形粒料棒砂漿試體未觀察到界面過渡區，界面過渡區不復存在。顯示較佳之比例(爐石:飛灰=1：4)，與目前預拌混凝土廠所使用之比例不同。本計畫配合對ITZ及漿體較佳之飛灰、爐石用量，探討混凝土之傳輸性質，釐清爐灰用量及爐石與飛灰之比例，將可提升混凝土混凝土耐久性之影響，並尋求日後改善其傳輸性質之法。
