Description

Abstract
本研究在不完美環境下建構一個模糊多目標整合綠色運籌模型,並計算正向製造鏈及逆向物流鏈兩者總和最大收益。研究中假設在生產過程必須對產品批量檢測,發現不良品須立即進行重工,且製造商必須負起維修成本,另一方面,產品從販售者運送到最終消費者的運送過程中所產生的毀損,販售者也須負起銷貨退回的成本。此外研究中特別考慮了檢測成本、重工成本、銷貨退回成本、不良率、損耗率等因素以更符合實際現況。最後,以實際數值範例討論整個程序及結果。This research is to discuss maximizing the profit of both manufacturing and reverse chain in a fuzzy environment by using fuzzy multi-objective linear membership function to solve this problem. In this research, we suppose that the production process has to inspect with lot size, and the imperfect quality items are reworked immediately as they are found and meantime the vendor must bear the repair cost. On the other hand, owing to the damage during the transportation process from the vendor to the buyer, the vendor has to bear the sales back cost, too. Beside, we especially consider the factors such as inspection cost and reworking cost and sales return cost and defective ratio and deteriorating cost as so to match real situation. Finally, numerical examples are given to explain the proposed solution procedure.
