Abstract
在本產學案中,我們研究以產品流動性高且週期短的成衣物流中心做個案探討,目的在物流中心內部做空間重新的分配、貨物資訊管理及設備的優化。研究流程首先在參考各類研究文獻與案例之後,討論原始結構中的物流中心構造,並實際探訪與觀察個案建築構造、貨物擺放及倉儲管理方式,針對現況,透過小組討論及與業者意見交換整理其需改善問題,設計出特殊的改善方案與假設規劃流程模型。最後,透過引進RFID- (Radio Frequency Identification)與公司現行的條碼做結合後,提出棧板為其重點改善目標,透過文獻及實務證明,引進RFID系統結合條碼可以有效追蹤貨物位置,以及能加快貨物進倉的卸貨速度。In the project, we study in this research is a logistics center whose products are with high mobility and short cycle. The aim is to improve the moving lines in the warehouse structure, the optimization of the management and equipment. The research process started with reviewing various case studies and literature. Then the researchers held discussions to examine the original structure of the warehouse, had on-site visits and observations of the case construction, goods and warehousing management of the current situation. And some improvement ideas were generated to discuss with the management staff. Through group discussions and exchange of views with the industry need to improve their finishing problems, design a special program to improve the planning process models and assumptions. Finally, through the introduction of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and the existing bar code technology company to do after binding to its focus on improving the target raised pallets, through literature and practice has proved that the introduction of RFID and bar code system can effectively track the location of goods, and can speed up the unloading speed.
