本研究分別探討餐旅業在不同時期之策略反應，從疫情發生階段(危機事件前與危機事件階段)之危機管理策略，至疫情發展後期階段(危機事件後)之組織復原力推動因素與策略，以建構完整過程之餐旅業策略反應研究架構。再者，本研究針對不同類型之餐旅業者，依不同組織規模之連鎖與獨資飯店住宿與餐飲業者，探討不同個案類型之資源以及能力如何影響其危機管理策略，尤其發展其組織復原力之推動因素，幫助各種不同類型之餐旅業者瞭解如何利用其資源與能力，擬定危機管理策略，建立具有組織復原力之企業，相信本研究之結果能對危機管理與組織復原力之相關文獻做出實務與理論上之貢獻。
