本計畫將跨文化交流融入學科內容與語言整合教學，在當今雙語教育為國家推動的教育目標前題下，本研究創新之跨交流任務設計，以及運用語言為真實溝通之工具，可以增進學子文化知識及強化跨文化溝通能力，並成為具有國際觀的世界公民。對教師而言，在實施學科與語言並重之教學課程時，本研究可以提供教師創新且實用之教學標竿，透過與來自各國不同文化的教師互動溝通教學情境，增加教師之文化溝通及教學知能。研究成果對整個社會，如文化敏銳度提升，及跨國競爭力均有幫助。參與教師並可協同跨國研究，提升學術研究品質與能量。
