我們計畫對台灣西南部的海岸水文進行首次海洋和陸上地球物理聯合調查。我們希望使用海洋地震剖面和陸上抽水試驗來提供基本的地球物理數據集，以幫助構建淺層地殼模型和相關參數，這些模型可以在將來用於數值建模。震測和其他海洋地球物理數據將有助於海洋海洋化學數據和海底熱流數據的選址和解釋。抽水試驗將為所有子項目的綜合解釋提供水力參數和其他資訊。我們希望這項研究將有助於水資源管理官員計劃台灣的長期水資源政策。We propose to conduct first joint marine and onland geophysical surveys on coastal hydrology in SW Taiwan. We wish to use marine seismic profiles and onland pumping tests to provide fundamental geophysical datasets to help build a shallow crustal model and associated parameters that can be used for numerical modeling in the future. The seismic and other marine geophysical data will help siting and interpretation of the the marine geochemical data and submarine heat flow data. The pumping tests will provide hydraulic parameters and other information for an integrated interpretation of all the subprojects. We expect this study will help water management officials to plan Taiwan’s long term water resources policy.
