本計畫針對台灣離島海岸邊坡地區，透過衛星影像辨識技術配合實際測量資料、大數據及數值模擬，研析離島海岸邊坡地區崩坍趨勢以及侵淤機制，以探討離島海岸防護標的受災潛勢與建置離島海岸邊坡崩坍風險評估之原則方法，最後運用GIS圖層建置離島海岸邊坡災害風險圖，並研擬以自然為本之韌性調適策略，以達成確保自然海岸零損失與防止國土流失等海岸管理法之目標。此外本計畫研究成果，可提供給相關海岸國土權責機關，包含內政部營建署、經濟部水利署等地權單位，作為海岸防護與利用管理之參考，同時亦可將相關共識成果供營建署整體海岸管理計畫通盤檢討參考，以提升離島海岸地區土地利用、城鄉發展管理與韌性調適能力。
