本研究探察澎湖水域鎖管類之物種組成與季節性變動，及優勢鎖管物種之族群結構及生活史策略，可提供資源養護與漁業管理措施之基礎資訊；探討臺灣海峽及鄰近水域之鎖管物種及其族群連通性，瞭解氣候變遷及漁業對鎖管族群之可能影響，可應用於資源養護及生態系管理措施。
