Abstract
中文摘要根據我國政府修正之《氣候變遷因應法》,政府將致力於建立我國溫室氣體減量制度,並肩負起研究與檢討溫室氣體減量及氣候變遷適應之相關事項,同時,承諾在2050年實現淨零排放之目標。在此背景下,本案以國家糧食安全需求為核心理念,減少對環境的負面影響,同時減少溫室氣體排放,為實現這一目標,本案將進行 1. 開發養殖產業溫室氣體測量方法,以確保對溫室氣體排放進行精確監測與評估, 2. 建立低碳永續整合型多營養層水產養殖創新監測機制,以實現多種水產養殖形式之綜合管理與監測,並將不同營養階層養殖物種進行整合,從而提高碳匯能力。期望可積極應對水產養殖產業之碳排放與監測作業,同時確保其長期可持續發展,本案之推進將有助於制定減碳與增匯策略,從而實現低碳永續發展之水產養殖產業,符合我國政府對氣候變遷因應之承諾。 英文摘要According to the amended《Climate Change Response Act》 in our country, the government is committed to establishing a greenhouse gas reduction system and taking on the responsibility of researching and reviewing related matters regarding greenhouse gas reduction and climate change adaptation. Additionally, there is a commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. In this context, with the core principle of national food security needs, the project aims to reduce negative environmental impacts while also reducing greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve this goal, the project will: 1. Develop greenhouse gas measurement methods for the aquaculture industry to ensure accurate monitoring and assessment of greenhouse gas emissions. 2. Establish an innovative monitoring mechanism for low-carbon, sustainable integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA) to comprehensively manage and monitor various forms of aquaculture, and to integrate different nutrient-level species for enhancing carbon sequestration capacity. The project aims to actively address carbon emissions and monitoring operations in the aquaculture industry while ensuring its long-term sustainability. The progress of this project will contribute to the formulation of decarbonization and carbon sequestration strategies, thus achieving low-carbon sustainable development in the aquaculture industry in line with the government's commitment to addressing climate change.
