Description

Abstract
本計畫主要目標為系統整合與應用,不以推導新理論為標的,而是針對現有最新的演算法進行優化。本計畫將進行海邊離岸流檢視與辨識,應用搜尋演算法規劃路徑、深度強化學習避障、衛星定位、影像辨識、風場模擬、電磁波偵測、能量耗損預測、無線通訊資料串流等技術,於台灣北海岸沿海地區,以多旋翼無人機進行沿岸近海檢視。無人機執行任務前,藉由所建構的風場模組及能量耗損預測,先確認無人機是否可進入場域檢視。擷取的近海影像,經由機載電腦進行影像處理,分析是否有離岸流,並將標記的位置,藉由資料串流平台送給海岸巡檢員,進行海邊人員管制,以避免意外傷亡事件發生。
