在現今充滿挑戰與變動快速的地球環境下，心靈的寧靜與安定是現代人所需要的，也才能適應環境所帶來的諸多變化。本研究主要以佛學的觀點探討如何保持正向、平靜的心態，以及維持一顆寧靜的心的方法，希望從教育的角度，帶給教學者與學習者在生命教育、靈性教育面向的啟發。
