Responsible for promoting and integrating the national biodiversity database and information network, completing the establishment of a list of experts and species (TaiBNET) and a national portal (TaiBIF), integrating national taxonomists and completing the publication of the first official "2008 Taiwan Species Diversity" "Current Situation of Sex Research" and "2008 Taiwan Species Inventory" book and CD-ROM, and are updated year by year. In terms of education and promotion of marine conservation, from 1997 to 2000, he hosted the "Taiwan Marine Environment Conference" every year, published a special book, and pioneered the concept of marine conservation in China. In addition, he is often invited to provide a lot of environmental education, popular speeches and general education courses, at least 50 times a year, and he has written and published many popular manuscripts, special books, illustrated books, CD-ROMs and online databases, etc., actively promoting the ocean The concept of ecological conservation and sustainable utilization of fishery has enabled Taiwan's fishery economy to develop sustainably.
