dc.description.abstract台灣地區水資源缺乏、水質環境惡化,養殖業必需朝向省水及池水循環處理利用方向發展。由丹麥引進之自動化超集約養鰻系統,實際操作一年來,養殖成果良好。該養鰻系統包括:鰻魚養殖池、機械過濾器、曝氣及pH值調整槽、生物瀘床、滴濾池、紫外線與臭氧殺菌器、純氧曝氣錐及迴流泵等單元。本系統操作期問可維持系統水質之穩定,為省水、省土地資源及省人力之養殖系統,唯其設備費用高,必需設法降低,才能符合經濟需求。本研究即針對該系統中各單元之特性加以探討,結果顯示,該系統中,養殖池水力停留時間以氨氮濃度限值為設計標準,生物瀘床進流水之pH值以7.5為宜,水力停留40分鐘時,氨氮去除率可達79%,若養殖池之氨氮濃度維持在1.Om州1以下時,則生物濾床處理水可維持於0.21mg/i以下,單位濾床體積之氨氮去除速率為1000mg-N/hr-ms床體積。耗水量視機械過濾器排污、生物濾床排泥及稀釋硝酸鹽所需水量而定。en_US
