dc.description.abstract本文考慮船舶之操縱性能及慣性力作用,當讓路船於採取右舵轉向避讓後,提出求解最佳回舵時機(或回舵點)及用舵舵角的方法,使船舶順利回歸原航向。當碰撞危機解除,為使讓路船儘速用舵回歸原航向,本文利用操船模擬機實際操演及海洋地理資訊系統空間分析決策功能,考量航行安全及經濟效益,解算決定船舶最佳復航路徑。為模擬船舶各種會遇態勢,採用操船模擬機反覆實操,使會遇船舶不進入碰撞危險領域情況下,保持安全距離相互通過,接著,當讓路船採取避讓措施後,再用舵回歸原航向,操船模擬機實操航跡資料予以記錄並藉海洋地理資訊系統空間分析決策與空間資料篩選功能,將所有操演船舶航跡與原航線之橫距值做分析比較,經由統計分析與限制點之計算可快速找出最佳路徑模型輸入資料庫,決定船舶最佳復航路徑。en_US
