Title: Ecological studies on commercially important prawns from the coastal waters of Southwest Taiwan — Ⅲ. Emigration of Metapenaeus ensis from Dapong Bay

自恆春外海1公里及基隆港外1公里水深1公尺的海水,在23℃以marine agar2216各分離細菌100株。恆春海水的好氣性總生菌數為36.2 CFU/ml,共分出11屬,27種菌,其中以Pseudomonas putida佔21%,Vibrio alginoliticus佔14%,P.stutzeri佔8%及V.anguillarum佔7%等較多;在這些分離株中並無同時具有產生chitinases及proteases的菌株。基隆海水的含菌數為446 CFU/ml,共分出12屬,23種菌,其中以Moraxella cuniculi佔20%最多,其次為Neisseria sicca 16%,在這些菌中有一株Alteromonas haloplanktis(標示為K-12)及一株Vibrio alginolyticus會產生chitinases及proteases,但只有A.haloplanktis不會產生indole。本A.haloplanktisK-12之最適生長溫度為25℃,最適生長pH為7.6;在培養36小時所得之粗酵素液(CES)中caseinase之活性最高;但在12小時以後得到的CES中chitinase的活性會降低。比較A.haloplanktis K-12與本實驗室自土壤分離的Cellulomonas flavigenaNTOU 1水解蝦殼水解液的收率,前者為43.3%,後者為58.8%。
