| dc.description.abstract | 全球只有一個海洋，隨著人口增加以及科技與經濟快速發展，全球氣候產生劇烈的變遷，進而影響到全球生態與居住環境，而這個海洋相關問題也是全世界共同面臨的問題。海洋教育發展至今超過50年，本文詳細描述以美國國家海洋教育者協會(NMEA)為主的海洋教育從1966年以來的發展狀況，以及國際太平洋海洋教育者協會(IPMEN)、歐洲海洋科學教育者協會(EMSEA)及亞洲海洋教育者協會(AMEA)四個主要的國際海洋教育社群發展歷程，並彙整聯合國海洋教育的第14項指標(SDG14)，以及國際海洋素養(Ocean Literacy)的發展歷程，最終提出國際海洋教育發展的，希望透過本文讓所有海洋教育者瞭解國際海洋教育者社群的發展，並以前人的經驗為借鏡，利用國際海洋教育者協會的力量共同推動全球海洋教育。 | en_US |
