| dc.description.abstract | 政府数据开放（Open Government Data）为现今国际政府机构在作数据与信息分享时的重要新兴议题之一，以期能善用政府所持有的数据，并通过公众的应用来产生更多增值创新的服务。本研究通过观察不同国家或地区政府开放数据网站的运作实践，论述了现阶段国际政府机构的开放数据进展，并通过相关法令规范、分享方法、数据维度、推广方式、分享机制和实践经验等，对国际政府数据开放作了初步探讨与介绍。 | en_US |
