dc.description.abstract本文利用船舶上既有之廢油回收處理設備,探討船舶廢油回收處理再利用的可行性方法,藉以節省燃料費用。每日航行於海上的船舶使用廢油撥油泵(Sludge Pump)收集回收廢油,並播送至廢油沉殿櫃沉澱與加熱,當加熱溫度達到80℃以上時,熱對流效應促使油水分離重力沉澱底部,過濾底層汙泥。繼而從沉殿櫃的疏水閥疏放底部水份,放流水份至艙底水櫃(Bilge Water Tank)收集存放,並在船舶航行至適當水域時,開啟油水分離器操作,將其排放入海。而當廢油沉澱櫃內水份差不多放光之後,再啟動廢油淨油機(Sludge Purifier),處理沉澱櫃內之廢油(某些船舶配備均質機或澄清機),提供輔助鍋爐(Aux. Boiler)燃燒使用,利用所產生之7.0 kg/cm^2壓力蒸汽,供應在港靠泊或錨泊甚或飄航於主機停機時,燃油加熱、暖機、住艙暖器及廚房蒸汽鍋使用。本研究所提供的廢油回收處理方法,無論是在油價高或低的條件狀況下,皆是一種既環保又可節省燃料費用的最佳選擇的策略之一。en_US
