dc.description.abstract | This study attempts to describe the effects of innate immune response and disease resistant of schizophyllan in orange-sported grouper, "Epinephelus coioides". The schizophyllan is a beta-glucan, and is an extraction from Schizophyllum commune fermentation. Study performed on the innate immune response showed that oral ingestion of schizophyllan at 1.0 g and 2.0 g per kilogram diets of feed levels after 7 days may significantly enhance the lysozyme activity, phagocytic activity, phagocytic index and respiration burst of the experimental groupers. Observation on the experimental challenge of pathogen showed that uses of 1.0 g and 2.0 g schizophyllan per kilogram diets in feed 14 days could significantly enhance the protection of grouper against "Vibrio alginolyticus". In this study, schizophyllan have been orally administered in grouper showing immunomodulation. Schizophyllan is an immunomodulatory of grouper, even if fed over-dosage, does not lead to over-regulation of the innate immune response.本研究的在探討裂褶菌多醣對於點帶石斑非特異免疫與抗病能力的影響,裂褶菌多醣是一種由裂褶菌醱酵所萃取的葡聚多醣體,研究的結果顯示,在點帶石斑魚餵食每公斤飼料內添加1.0與2.0公克的裂褶菌多醣7天後對於提高溶菌酶酵素活性,吞噬細胞吞噬活性,吞噬指標與呼吸爆均有顯著的影響,而在餵食每公斤飼料內添加1.0與2.0公克的裂褶菌多醣14天後以溶藻弧菌進行攻擊會有最佳的保護能力。本研究的結果顯示裂摺菌多醣對點帶石斑魚具有免疫調節的能力,即使提高劑量,也不會引發過度的免疫反應,是一種可以口服餵食的免疫調節物質。 | en_US |
