dc.description.abstract近年来,渔船海难(Maritime accidents)事件不断地发生,其中在船舶碰撞事件上,商船碰撞渔船的事故往往造成最大的伤害,当渔民在作业时,商船航行人员往往因为人员的疏失及耽于航行作业,而造成船舶碰撞海难事故的发生,更甚者,双方碰撞前后仍有浑然不知之情况出现,探其原因,肇始于尚未建立作业中船舶警示系统之故,而造成了不可磨灭的遗憾. 本研究以模糊理论(Fuzzy theory)与地理资讯系统(Geographic Information Systems;GIS)结合建立一套作业中船舶自动警示模组,借由不同渔船船长经验及模糊语意集合,利用模糊控制,最后经模糊解算得知警示大小值,并透过地理资讯系统模拟出,依据不同渔具脱逃时间及不同商船相对方位、相对速度,计算之警示值,如:作业中延绳钓渔船,测得商船之相对方位为125°相对船速为6 kn,而该渔船脱逃时间为19 min,经由模糊解算得知模糊警示值为1.83 n mile. 希望未来可提升作业中渔船安全自动避碰警示的量能,尤其针对作业中的渔船需求上,将可提高渔民在海上作业时的安全性,以期降低商船与渔船碰撞事件之发生.en_US
