dc.description.abstract船舶繫纜之受力與船舶間的運動是一個非常複雜的問題。在風、浪作用下,繫泊於碼頭邊之船舶眾多纜繩中,那一條受力最大,受力多大,為高度複雜的非線性問題。本計畫利用水工模型試驗的方式,量測模型船在眾多風、波作用情境之下,繫纜船舶之纜繩最大受力。然後利用因次分析的方法,將這些情境的風、波條件,以及船型尺寸諸元,予以無因次化,再將這些無因次參數,丟到類神經網路進行訓練,試圖找出風、波條件、船型尺寸諸元,與纜繩最大受力之間的關聯函數關係。經實驗發現,風對船舶的作用,遠大於浪,故在我們建立的模式中,暫且不需要輸入波浪條件。而和國外文獻比對,本計畫所量測之風對於船舶作用力,有相當高的可信度。本計畫製作兩艘模型船,考量兩種不同繫纜方式、5種風向、多種吃水載重條件與風速條件,總計完成244個情境之試驗。最後將類神經網路訓練的結果,分別建置貨櫃輪與油輪之船舶繫纜力預報模式。en_US
