食品安全是營養飲食的基礎,與每個人息息相關,被認為是實現聯合國永續發展
目標的關鍵因素。認證制度是食品安全的趨勢,因此未來勢必會有更多元、更廣
泛、更細緻的檢驗項目及需求。因此儘管目前的水產品認證制度上,並無直接使
用分子標記進行檢驗或抽查,但我們提出幾個可能的應用進行探討。
