dc.description.abstract生質柴油是由動、植物油脂、藻類所提煉之可再生式潔淨燃料,但與石化柴油相比,其氧化穩定性較差、尤其是當其富含不飽和脂肪酸的組成。環境因素中的溫度、氧氣、水份、光照,及是否添加抗氧化劑或催化劑等都會影響生質柴油 的氧化穩定性,而造成油品性質的劣變。自氧化反應包括開始期、傳播期與結束期等三個反應階段,是油脂劣解的主要反應機制,經由一系列的自由基鏈鎖反應,生成氫過氧化物,生質柴油的甲基酯成分因此遭分解以致性質劣化。
