dc.description.abstractThe immune parameters were examined after the white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei had been fed diets containing Spirulina platensis dried powder (SDP) at 0 (control), 30, 60, and 90 g/kg for 1~3 weeks. The immune parameters examined are hyaline cells (HCs), granular cell (including semi-granular cell, GC), total hemocyte count (THC), phenoloxidase (PO) activity, respiratory burst (RB), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The HC, GC, and THC of shrimp fed a diet containing SDP at 60 g/kg were significantly higher than those of shrimp fed the control diet after 2 and 3 weeks. The PO activity, RB, and SOD of shrimp fed a diet containing SDP at 60 g /kg were significantly higher than those of shrimp fed the control diet after 2 and 3 weeks. S. platensis dried powder is considered as an immunostimulant, and can be used in diets to increase the innate immunity of white shrimp.白蝦Litopenaeus vannamei餵食含螺旋藻Spirulina plantensis飼料(0, 30, 60, 90 g/kg)經1-3星期,研究血淋巴球(hemogram)、酚氧化酵素(phenoloxidase)活性、呼吸爆(respiratory burst)、超氧歧化酵素(superoxide dismutase)活性。白蝦餵食含螺旋藻飼料(60 g/kg)經2-3星期,透明球(hyaline cell, HC)及總血球數(total hemocyte count, THC)顯著較對照組高。白蝦餵食含螺旋藻飼料(60 g/kg)經2-3星期,酚氧化酵素活性、呼吸爆、超氧歧化酵素活性均顯著較對照組高。螺旋藻可做為免疫激活劑,提升白蝦免疫力。en_US
